The house located in Benitachell offers light-flooded rooms that are equipped with the latest technical amenities. A highlight is the mini pool on one of the three terraces, ideal for relaxing. Our terraced house is best suited for 3 people. 

The house, which was charmingly renovated in 2024, offers every comfort and is extensively equipped. The authentic, quiet old town neighborhood is mostly inhabited by Spaniards and offers a relaxed stay even in the low season. 

With 3 terraces, one of which has a small, private pool and a roof terrace that is sunny all day with a great sea view, a relaxed stay outdoors is possible at any time of day or year. There is also a great sea view from the bed/work area in the bedroom.

The house can be easily reached from Alicante or Valencia airports, each about an hour's drive away. A car is definitely recommended on site so that you can flexibly explore the great surroundings.
